On Monday, 8 September, Budimex opened a new space for students at the Stanisław Noakowski Technical School of Architecture and Construction in Warsaw – a place created for rest, integration and development of interests.  This is another initiative that proves the Company’s commitment to education and building relationships with young people, who in the future may become a valuable link joining the ranks of Budimex.

The new zone has been designed as a functional and modern space for relaxation and meetings, supporting the building of a good atmosphere. This is the first such facility opened by Budimex – which is already a place for students to relax, but also to meet and build relationships. This place will serve to develop passions and interests, and perhaps stimulate students of the Stanisław Noakowski Technical School of Architecture and Construction in Warsaw to take an interest in the construction market and tie their future to it.

Our ambition is not only to implement construction contracts, but also to invest in people who will shape this industry in the future. By supporting young adepts of the construction industry, we want to show them that Budimex will find a space full of challenges, but also huge opportunities for development. We believe that such actions are an investment in the future – not only of our company, but of the entire sector ,” emphasizes Grzegorz Zbierański, Contract Director at Budimex SA.

It is worth mentioning that Budimex has been focusing on close cooperation with educational centres for years. In addition to 27 agreements with universities, the Company has strategic partnerships with 46 schools. Agreement of the leader of the Polish construction industry
and the Stanisław Noakowski Technical School of Architecture and Construction in Warsaw has been running continuously for 3 years. During this time, Budimex has accepted numerous students of this school for apprenticeships and paid summer internships, giving them a chance to gain valuable experience and get to know the secrets of working in the construction industry in person.

The newly opened leisure zone is an important step in building a friendly and modern educational environment. Thanks to it, students gained space to pursue their passions and interests and develop peer relationships.
