Budimex, one of the largest construction companies in Poland, is entering the residential market in Poznań with the Witosa Park investment. The project, implemented in Poznań’s Winiary district, involves the construction of a modern housing estate with 419 apartments, which will combine comfort, ecology and advanced technological solutions.

Witosa Park is an offer for people looking for modern and ecological apartments in a convenient location. The estate will consist of four residential buildings with seven to nine floors and two underground floors each, with a total usable area of about 20 thousand m². The completed project will include 419 apartments with various areas – from 28 m² to 83 m² – and layouts from 1 to 4 rooms. Residents will also have parking spaces in the underground garage and storage rooms at their disposal. The project is a joint venture of Budimex and Apricot Capital Group.

The official sale of apartments in Witosa Park has just been launched. For the first 20 buyers, promotions have been prepared – discounts of up to PLN 70 thousand. For more information, please visit: https://witosa-park.pl/

Witosa Park is a project that reflects our vision of sustainable construction and care for the needs of future residents. We wanted to create a space that would harmoniously combine modern architecture, innovative technologies and respect for the natural environment ,” says Małgorzata Hess, Investment and Development Director at Budimex SA, Member of the Management Board of the development company in Budimex implementing the Witosa Park investment.

One of the innovative elements of the project are ecological solutions and technical infrastructure. The buildings are planned to use COu2082-absorbing materials, and the lighting of common areas will be powered by energy generated by photovoltaic panels. The underground garage will be prepared for the installation of chargers for electric cars, while the greenery in the estate – thanks to an intelligent irrigation system and properly selected plants – will contribute to water savings.

The well-thought-out location of the investment provides easy access to urban infrastructure and recreational areas. Nearby there are tram and bus stops (2 minutes on foot), Sołacki Park and the Poznań Plaza shopping center.

The project involves implementation in two stages, and the construction of the estate began in October 2024. The investment area has been planned with respect for the natural landscape – the existing old trees will be preserved, which will be supplemented with new plantings.
