Budimex SA will analyse one of the strategic options for Budimex Nieruchomości

The Management Board of Budimex S.A., with reference to report No. 42/2020 of 03 July 2020. and report No. 53/2020 of August 28, 2020. informs that without giving up the other strategic options of the development segment referred to in report No. 42/2020, it decided to first examine the market’s interest in the option of selling shares in Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o.

At this stage, this option seems to be the most advantageous and allows for the fastest examination of the actual interest of investors. The commencement of this process, as indicated above, does not mean the abandonment of other strategic options.

Budimex decided to disclose the above information to the public due to its importance for the operations of Budimex S.A., in particular in terms of the areas of business.
