Budimex will build an Integrated Communication Centre in Bydgoszcz

On 28 May 2014, a consortium of Budimex (leader with a share of 90.11 per cent) and

Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe “Lech” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz

(partner) signed a contract with PKP SA for the construction of the first stage of the Integrated

Communication Center in Bydgoszcz.

The contract value is PLN 134 million net.

The scope of work includes:

• demolition of conflicting buildings,

• reconstruction of two historic buildings,

• construction of a four-storey building for commercial and commercial purposes

service, office and passenger services,

• construction of a car park and reconstruction of railway infrastructure, including platforms,

and overhead contact line.

Budimex has 1.5 years to complete the investment.
