Budimex will rebuild the Four Domes Pavilion

Thanks to the reconstruction, the building will be restored to the state from the times of its greatest splendor and will gain new utility values. Both the building and its surroundings will be renovated. The pavilion will serve as an exhibition.

The scope of work includes:

– change of the current use and restoration of the original function
exhibition of the facility,
– elimination of secondary divisions and restoration of the original functional layout

– roofing of the courtyard and construction of an underground storey with technical areas under
Courtyard
– renovation of the building,
– renovation of the adjacent area (small architecture and green areas along with surface replacement
existing pedestrian and pedestrian routes).

After the reconstruction, the Four Domes Pavilion will have one above-ground and one underground storey, and its total area will amount to 9.1 thousand m.kw. The usable area of the facility is 6.2 thousand m.kw. The volume before the extension is 47.1 thousand cubic meters, after the reconstruction it will amount to 112.9 thousand cubic meters.

The works will begin at the end of May this year. In the first months, demolition works will be carried out. Later this year, the demolition of roofs and new roofing of the facility will be carried out.

The implementation of this investment will be completed in March 2015.
