The WNP Awards are presented during the EEC Trends conference, an event preceding the European Economic Congress in Katowice. The awards go to those who, through their actions, change the Polish economy for the better. Cezary Łysenko, member of the Budimex Management Board, received the award from the hands of Agnieszka Głowacka, Vice-President of Erbud. The awards are granted by the editors of the WNP.PL portal and the “Nowy Przemysł” Economic Magazine.
This is an award for all people working on construction sites and those who have worked and will work at Budimex. Often 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Budimex has been supporting Poland and strategic investments in our country for 55 years – said Cezary Łysenko while receiving the award.
Recent years have allowed companies like ours to develop. Budimex approaches the implementation of its tasks with the idea that we are building our future. The company has over 7 thousand employees and thousands of companies that cooperate with us. This award recognizes our daily effort, often 7 days a week, so it is an award for each of our employees – said Cezary Łysenko.
Despite the difficult economic conditions, Budimex is consistently developing. It diversifies its operations, engaging in new market sectors and significantly increasing its financial ratios. The dominant part of revenues is generated in Poland – summed up the Member of the Management Board of Budimex.

I am thinking here of the green transformation of the economy, investments in renewable energy sources and in ensuring energy security, digitization and robotization, modern infrastructure, research and development activities and foreign expansion of Polish business – said Wojciech Kuśpik, President of the PTWP Group, founder and publisher of “Nowy Przemysł” and the WNP.PL portal, congratulating the winners.
This is another award for Budimex in recent months. In November 2022, Budimex won the Top Brand award. In September, Budimex also won 7 Construction of the Year titles.
