On October 21 (Monday) at around 10:40 a.m. on the tram line on Puławska Street in Warsaw, a switch element pierced the floor of the tram, hitting the legs of a passenger on it. The passenger was given first aid on the spot. The injuries are light – not life-threatening for the passenger. The victim was taken to hospital for further diagnostics. Budimex has taken steps to clarify the causes and circumstances of the incident. We are in contact with the injured passenger.
We will provide him with the necessary out-of-hospital assistance. Certainly, this is a situation that should not take place and does not meet safety standards in the Budimex Group. Therefore, this situation is currently being thoroughly explained, and the conclusions drawn from it will prevent similar events from happening in the future.
