“House from the Heart” is getting closer to the finale – a meeting with the Partners of the CSR campaign in Brusy

July 6, 2022 a press meeting was held on the CSR campaign – Dom z Serca 2, initiated once again by Budimex. This is a special project under which a house is being built for a needy family of 8 from Brusy in the province of Brusy. Pomeranian. The second edition of the program was again joined by friendly companies, whose representatives met in Brusy to summarize the progress in the construction of the dream house of Iwona, Krzysztof and their six children.

House from the Heart 2 is a continuation of the high-profile campaign from a year ago, under which Budimex, in cooperation with other companies, built, equipped and handed over a house for Magda’s 16-person family from Radomsko, who was in need. This time, the beneficiaries of the program are the 8-person family of Iwona and Krzysztof from the town of Brusy in the province of Brusy. Pomeranian. In addition to the challenges of the children’s illness and providing them with special care, the family is struggling with a difficult financial situation. Iwona and Krzysztof, in order to provide their children with better living conditions, decided to build their own house on the inherited plot. The work was started by the family, but due to the difficult financial situation, the construction had to be stopped. Budimex, together with other construction companies, decided to help the family make their dream come true and, together with their partners, complete the construction of the house to a turnkey state.

The m.in was one of the first to get involved in the campaign. Keller Polska, which financed the furnishing of the house of Iwona and Krzysztof. – We observed the construction of the first “House from the Heart”, we saw how much it changed life and how much joy this project brought to the family who lived in it (…) After receiving information from colleagues from Budimex that they were going to fund a new house for another family in need and at the same time an offer to support this construction, we did not think long and decided to become one of the founders. With such a large project, significant financial support is needed, so I am glad that  many companies are helping in the construction of the “House from the Heart” and I hope that the new owners will enjoy living in it – says Artur Gaszewski, Chief Executive Officer of Keller Polska.

Another company that decided to support the campaign is Daikin, supplying a heat pump for the new home of a family from Brusy. – As Daikin, we are well aware that in addition to the business world in which, as an industry leader, we operate on a daily basis, there is also a completely different world, the ordinary one, in which people fight on their own not for profits and profits, but for their own well-being, peace and a dignified life in comfortable conditions. That is why we are proud to contribute to the co-creation of such a house and its warmth. We believe that our modest contribution in the form of the Daikin Altherma heat pump, along with its commissioning, will serve the family for many years by providing heat and low operating costs, which is extremely important – says Agnieszka Pióro, Marketing Coordinator at Daikin.

On the other hand, the comprehensive construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kWp was carried out by SunSol from Gdańsk. – The opportunity to take part in the next edition of the “House from the Heart” campaign is a great honor for SunSol. We are glad that as part of the project we have made our contribution in the form of a comprehensive construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kWp. The system we have built will allow you to power the home of Iwona, Krzysztof and their children with free and green electricity all year round. We decided to help because the nature of the “Home from the Heart” campaign is in line with SunSol’s mission, which is to leave a clean environment for future generations. This can happen thanks to such projects, which not only allow us to constantly reduce CO2 emissions, but also help people who need it – explains Radosław Błoński, Key Account Manager from Sun Sol. SunSol was supported in the implementation of the “House from the Heart” project by Corab, which provided a complete high-quality assembly structure. The installed structure will provide a solid support for the installed photovoltaic modules for many years.

Wiśniowski also joined the campaign, providing the new Dom z Serca with external doors (NOVA aluminium and steel exterior doors,  ECO and MultiSecure EI30 steel curtain doors) and a garage door. From the very beginning of its operation, the Wiśniowski brand has been close to customers and listens to their needs. Helping and engaging in various pro-social campaigns is inscribed in our DNA. We know that a real home is security. Safety understood on many levels – also in the area of joinery. That is why the Wiśniowski brand has joined the “Home from the Heart” team with the mission of supporting the safety of the most needy families in Poland. We are proud that our products can give wings to those in need – says Urszula Kądziołka, Marketing Project Manager at Wiśniowski. On the other hand, the doors inside the house (12 pieces) are thanks to the Porta company, which supports the House from the Heart campaign for the second time.  – We are joining the House from the Heart campaign for the second time, because we know what a unique feeling it is to be able to open the door to your dream home. At PORTA, we know that it is worth helping each other, in both small and larger matters. When we found out about the 2nd edition of the House from the Heart and another family in need, we decided to open up to help without hesitation – says Grzegorz Białczak, Vice President of the Management Board of PORTA KMI POLAND.

Another partner in the construction of a new house for Iwona and Krzysztof and their six children is Polbram, which donated a fencing system (double-leaf side-hung gate, two wickets, fence panels, fence posts, gate posts, wicket posts). FBSerwis SA was responsible for laying the paving stones, which were supplied by Ginter – (Grasso tile “Rock with white”), which once again joined the “House from the Heart” campaign. FBSerwis also helped in the conversion of wells for water meters and gutter downpipes. Temporary fencing and power generators were provided by Atut Rental. The full roofing of the “House from the Heart” was provided by the company Creaton, donating excellent quality Goteburg Planar roof tilesThe roof covering was made with the highest standards by the general contractor – the company Budhaus, which also equipped the house with a lightning protection system. The decision to support Budimex’s campaign was also made by the company Drutex, by funding the “House from the Heart” of PVC windows.

Help in equipping the kitchen (kitchen furniture, kitchen countertop, fittings, sink)  and two bathrooms (tiles, bathtub, shower cabin, bathroom ceramics, bathroom furniture, mirrors, fittings) was offered by Castorama Polska. In addition, the company supplied porcelain tiles (floors on the ground floor: living room, hall, technical rooms and garage) and prepared designs for the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Electronics and household appliances  (hood, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, TV) were donated by RTV Euro AGD. “House from the Heart” took on colors thanks to the Magnat brand (Śnieżka Group),  which provided the following paints:  Magnat ON-REFLEX (snow-white paint for ceilings, Magnat Ceramic matte paint for interiors with a guarantee of stain resistance). We owe the exterior plaster and façade paint to the Foveo-Tech brand (Śnieżka Group). 30 pieces of home lighting were donated by Sigma Lighting. For the second  time, the company also joined the action Blue Energy, which will donate IT equipment to the family. Similarly, once again during the “House from the Heart” campaign, he helps Foundation iSowa, providing the residents of the new house with the “Magic Carpet” – an interactive teaching aid for children.

Thanks to the support of all Partners of the campaign, in a moment the family from Brusy will be able to enjoy their new, dream home.
