Progress of work on the construction site of the S61 section. High – Raczki at the halfway point

The progress of works on the S61 Wysokie – Raczki expressway section is currently about 50%. Budimex is the general contractor for this task.

The works are ahead of schedule by several months. The earthworks are already 90% complete. Work on the pavement structure is already underway. A 2 km long concrete test section is already being tested. Bituminous works on transverse roads are also underway. The construction of engineering structures – viaducts and passages is 40% advanced. Every day, about 170 units of equipment work on the construction site, approx. 470 people.

The planned date of completion of works on the entire twenty-kilometer section is June 2021. The works carried out in the design and build formula began in July 2018. The original value of the task is PLN 393 million net.
