Recruitment for this year’s edition of the Budimex Academy Internship Programme has begun

The Budimex SA Group, the largest general contractor in Poland, announces the start of recruitment for the 2025 Internship Programme. This year’s edition offers a record number of over 300 places for students from all over Poland, including not only future civil engineers, but also for people interested in a career in HR, legal department, finance or health and safety. The program will last from March to the end of September.

Budimex once again opens the door to careers for students and graduates, offering them the opportunity to gain experience in one of the largest construction companies in Poland. The motto of this year’s edition of the Budimex Academy Internship Programme is “Arrange your future with us”. The stories of former apprentices confirm that this initiative is a good way to start and continue your professional career. Their experiences can be found on the refreshed website of the Budimex Academy, which also includes an interactive map presenting the locations of internships along with projects that those willing to join will be able to join.

 In this year’s edition, 316 places are available in 15 voivodeships and 66 towns. As many as 70% of vacancies are intended for construction students, but Budimex also offers numerous opportunities for people from faculties such as finance, law, HR, environmental engineering or health and safety. Interns will be able to gain experience in the implementation of key infrastructure investments, such as the DCT T3 terminal in Gdańsk, the S10 expressway, the University of Gdańsk Sports Centre and the modernisation of railway line No. 139.

The Budimex Academy Internship Programme is a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience in one of the largest construction companies in Poland, and at the same time a chance for permanent employment. Already today, more than 500 employees of our company are former participants of the Budimex Academy, and 54 of them hold managerial positions. Our conversations with interns show that as many as 95% of them consider their tasks to be developing,” says Anna Karyś-Sosińska, Member of the Management Board, Director of the Human Resources Management Division at Budimex SA.

This year, the Budimex Academy has gained a new visual setting, referring to the puzzle theme, which reflects the idea of building the future together. Applications for participation in the program can be submitted via the www.akademiabudimex.pl website. Thanks to the refreshed recruitment formula and new functionalities of the website, candidates can get even better acquainted with the company and its projects.

For years, Budimex has been actively involved in activities aimed at popularising technical and vocational education among young people and supports the development of education in this area. The company has signed about 20 cooperation agreements with universities and 40 cooperation agreements with technicians, and also regularly runs campaigns such as, m.in, “Budimex Academy” and “Learn and Build Practice”. Budimex currently employs over 7.5 thousand employees.
