We are pleased to announce that Budimex has been awarded the prestigious title of Business Superbrand 2010 in the Business Development category in the third edition of the competition for the strongest B2B brands on the Polish market.

This award is granted by the international organization Superbrands, which has been operating since 1985 and is present in over 85 countries. The Polish edition of the competition was attended by 1,500 brands – initially selected in cooperation with the research company MillwardBrown SMG/KRC, which were evaluated by 14 jurors who are part of the Brand Council composed of marketing experts.
The title of Business Superbrand was awarded to less than 5% of all brands submitted to the competition. In the opinion of the Brand Council, the awarded brands:

  • have built a clear and strong position in their market segment,
  • are perfectly recognizable on the market (they have a distinct personality),
  • evoke positive emotions among recipients,
  • offer unique functional benefits constantly ahead of the competition in the industry,
  • Everything they do in the area of branding and the way they do it is consistent and of high quality

The “Budimex” brand has always been recognisable in the investment sector for many people involved not only in the construction sector ,” notes Jacek Kotarbiński. Justifying the award of the Business Superbrands 2010 title to the brand, Kotarbiński emphasizes: Budimex dates back 40 years and during this time the company has developed a positive and transparent image of a stable, reliable and credible company.
The recognition and positioning of the “Budimex” brand is related to a very skilful combination and synergy of strategic functions of all companies belonging to the group and good coordination of the operational activities of construction and development companies.
The brand is also positively perceived due to its sponsorship and charity activities and a consistent CSR policy, as well as activities for environmental protection.
The “Superbrand” for Budimex is fully deserved.
