In the “Construction of the Year 2007” competition organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, the results of which were announced on 2 June 2008, Budimex Dromex SA received the following awards:

First Degree Prize:

• in the category “Industrial buildings and storage facilities” construction of the Headquarters of the Transmission System Operator from KDM Konstancin – Bielawa,
• in the category “Road and railway facilities” construction of the reinforcement of the surface of the national road no. 7 Gdańsk-Warszawa-Chyżne from the town of Kiezmark to the town of Jazowa and the construction of the junction in Nowy Dwór Gdański and the viaduct in Kmiecin,
• in the category “Revitalized and modernized facilities” construction of the SYMFONIA Centre for Science and Music Education in Katowice together with the consortium member SPiUI Inwestprojekt,
• in the “Commercial Facilities” category, construction of the FORUM Shopping Center in Gliwice.

Second Degree Prize:

• in the category “Revitalized and modernized facilities” construction of the CITY PARK apartment complex with shopping and service arcades in Poznań.

Third Degree Prize:

• the third degree award in the category “Residential buildings” construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with a service part and underground garages at ul. Olbrachta in Warsaw,
• the third degree award in the category “Residential buildings” construction of a complex of residential buildings with a service part and underground garages at ul. Chełmska and ul. Polkowska Street in Warsaw,
• the third degree award in the category “Public Utility Facilities” for the construction of the Multimedia Pavilion of the Northern and Southern Stands of the WISŁA Stadium in Krakow.

Certificate of Recognition:

• diploma of recognition in the category “Industrial buildings and warehouse facilities” construction of the warehouse and office complex in Zamienie.
  Diploma of recognition in the category “Road and railway facilities” for the reconstruction of the Old Town Bridge along with the development of the roundabout in Gorzów Wielkopolski. It is worth noting that out of 48 awarded constructions, as many as 10 were constructions carried out by Budimex Dromex.
