San Damming Weir
Reconstruction of the damming weir at km 168+850 of the San River in Przemyśl. The aim of the investment was to meet the environmental requirements for fish migration (including bi-environmental ones) in the San River bed.
The canal was designed in the form of a reinforced concrete channel with a width of 1.2 meters. The total length of the canal including mooring bays is about 140 meters. A sidewalk is planned along the canal. The scope of work performed by Budimex included: 1) renovation of the existing weir structure to the extent necessary for the conversion into a fish ladder, 2) construction of a fish ladder in the form of a stone rapids on the body of the weir, 3) construction of a bypass for canoeists at the fish ladder.
