The consortium, led by Budimex SA, rebuilt the so-called small ring line – railway line No. 20 in Warsaw. As part of the work, m.in were made. 4 kilometers of new track surface on double-track line No. 20 on the Warszawa Zachodnia – Warszawa Gdańska section.

During the implementation of the project, Budimex modernised and rebuilt: 4-passenger railway stops: Warszawa Koło, Warszawa Zachodnia, platform No. 8, Warszawa Wola and the particularly important Warszawa Młynów, which is an interchange connecting railway, trams, and Młynów – a station of the second metro line. The rebuilt stops have been equipped m.in. in: innovative lighting, facilities for the disabled (elevators, escalators), CCTV monitoring system, technological communication devices (wired and radio). In addition, the consortium rebuilt the overhead contact line, power and teletechnical networks, SRK equipment, as well as 3 railway viaducts – over ul. Kasprzaka, above ul. Wolska Street and over ul. Obozowa Street and 2 footbridges – at ul. Prądzyńskiego and over ul. Górczewska. As part of the reconstruction of engineering structures, the rainwater and sanitary sewage system, as well as the gas and water supply networks were modernized. A new local control center building was also built.
