Construction of the Year
The company is a multiple winner of the award granted by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians. In this competition the best construction sites in Poland completed in a given year in terms of engineering are awarded. Budimex received the prize for the following projects: the Research and Development Centre of PKN Orlen in Płock, the Łagiewnicka Route and the Institute of Thermal Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw.
Construction Company of the Year
For several years, the company has been awarded every year the title of “Construction Company of the Year” by the editors of Builder. The award is granted to companies from the construction industry for dynamic development and achieved market position, as well as for special successes in a given year.

The aim of the activities is to promote and select each year the best construction projects distinguished by special values. The competition is organized in two main categories: New Buildings and Modernized Facilities.

The title of “Construction of the Year” is awarded annually to the best construction sites carried out throughout Poland. The selection is made by a special jury, which evaluates a number of factors that make up the final verdict – after a technical visit to the construction site, the quality of works, the organization of the construction site, the time of its implementation, the technical and technological solutions used in the implementation process, as well as occupational safety and health protection, the course and form of financing the investment, the costs of construction of the building, formal and legal solutions in the investment process, the investor’s participation in the implementation are assessed building and the impact of the investment on the environment and the economy of the region. The awards are handed out by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians.

Top Builder is one of the most prestigious awards on the Polish construction market. It is a distinction for the highest quality products: novelties and innovations, including proven material, technological and construction solutions. The jury also appreciates the design and implementation work as well as modern tools to improve the management of companies and projects. Buildings that are distinguished by the high quality of the designed architecture, often timeless form, reliability of workmanship, requiring high qualifications and industry specialization, with quality certificates of modern materials used in the buildings and interesting pro-ecological solutions are also evaluated.
