Information obligation for a person who has filed a claim against Budimex SA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., ul. Siedmiogrodzka 9, 01-204, Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex”), contact: +48 22 623 60 00.
2. Budimex processes your personal data in order to pursue Budimex’s legitimate interest, which is:
A. Determination, Exercise or Defense of Claims.

3. The Administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via e-mail address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter regarding the processing of your personal data.
4. The recipients of personal data may be: the investor commissioned by whom the investment is carried out, IT solution providers, insurance company or insurance broker, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes.
5. You can obtain a copy of the description of the technical security measures transferred to a third country by sending a request to the address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl.
6. Personal data will be stored until the expiry of the limitation period for claims.
7. You have the right to request Budimex to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
8. You have the right to object to the processing.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
10. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
