Information obligation for apprentices or trainees

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and paragraph. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., ul. Siedmiogrodzka 9, 01-204 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex”), contact: +48 22 623 60 00

2. Budimex processes your personal data in order to:

A. concluding and performing an apprenticeship or internship agreement to which you are a party

[legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR];

B. fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on Budimex resulting m.in. tax regulations

[legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR];

C. the implementation of Budimex’s legitimate interest, which is the investigation or defence against claims in connection with the concluded contract,

[legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR].

3. The Administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via e-mail address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter regarding the processing of your personal data.

4. The recipients of personal data may be: IT solution providers, the investor commissioned by whom the investment is carried out, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes.

5. You can obtain a copy of the description of the technical security measures transferred to a third country by sending a request to the address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl.

6. Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. until the contract is completed, the warranty or warranty period expires, the statute of limitations for claims expires, for the time required by law in the case of financial data or until an effective objection is made to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Budimex.

7. You have the right to request Budimex to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

8. You have the right to object to the processing.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

11. Providing personal data is a requirement to conclude and perform the contract.
