Information obligation in the process of obtaining bids for an employee of the company submitting the bid of Budimex SA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., ul. Siedmiogrodzka 9, 01-204, Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex”), contact: +48 22 623 60 00.
2. Budimex processes your personal data for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interests, including:
A. carrying out activities related to the implementation of the process of purchasing goods and services for the purposes of contracts and business conducted by Budimex,
B. ensure the confidentiality of information, the disclosure of which could expose Budimex to damage (including personal data),
C. establishing, investigating or defending claims,

D. conclusion and performance of the contract,

3. The categories of your personal data processed are: name, surname, position, business address, telephone number and email. Personal data is obtained from your employer.
4. The Administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via e-mail dane.osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter related to the processing of your personal data.
5. The recipients of personal data may be providers of IT solutions, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the above purposes.
6. You can obtain a copy of the description of the technical security measures transferred to a third country by sending a request to the address dane.osobowe@budimex.pl.
7. Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, taking into account the relevant rules governing the archiving time.
8. You have the right to request Budimex to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
9. You have the right to object to the processing.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
11. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
